Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing

  • Charges are based on the final weight, volume and, pin code of the package to be delivered.
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-7 weeks between Mondays to Saturday.
  • Delivery option will be available Pan India.
  • For Outstation delivery, the delivery will be Door to Door only. Transporter / Delivery person cannot help in moving products to dedicated floors of the building.

Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Gurgaon, India.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

We ship through Dedicated Vehicle / Transporter’. The Delivery charges will be additionally charged as per agreement.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

PAYMENT

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards – Master card & Visa card.
  • Net Banking – all major banks
  • Debit Carts – all major banks
  • Wallets

How do I use Credit Notes, Gift Cards and Vouchers for making payments?

To use these online, simply enter the unique code provided when you check out. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout.

Terms of use for your credit note, gift card or voucher:

  • To apply a credit note, login from the same email ID to which the note has been issued.
  • A gift card cannot be cancelled so ensure you enter the correct details of the recipient.
  • Multiple gift cards and credit notes can be used together to pay for a single order. The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over. (still under discussion)
  • No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note or gift card.
  • Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing or sale.
  • Discount vouchers will not be applicable on limited edition collections.
  • Validity of credit notes, gift cards and vouchers cannot be extended.

If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, call our customer care at Phone Number  9643403802 or mail us at crm@fandf.in and we will resolve it for you

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

  • Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you receive the packaging and mush share pictures within 48 hours.
  • Products purchased during sale period /Promo / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Accessories are only eligible for returns or exchange within 7 days with complete packaging material.
  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return.
EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours from the days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 7 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  • Our credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.
REFUND POLICY
  • If your purchase meets the returnable conditions mentioned above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
  • In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
  • The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • Delivery will be charged again if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
  • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging along with pictures (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until   our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the delivery partner.

*Slight Variation in Colour/design/appearance from what you see on your computer/mobile screen won’t be considered as a defect. It’s absolutely normal to have slight variations.

Colour Disclaimer :

We are not liable to refund the amount if product colour is slightly different from actual because it is handmade textile product, so actual colours may vary.

Hand Block/Woven textiles and handicraft products are made almost entirely by hand. Imperfections that should be expected include:

-Discolouration
-Pattern variations / asymmetric pattern and seam placement
-Design and paint smudges

It is widely accepted that these unique attributes are not defects.

We adhere to extremely high standards in our production process, but it is important to stress that these textiles are inherently imperfect (and undeniably beautiful!)

Every digital screen has a different capability to display colours, so actual colours may vary. We try to edit our photos to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
